We had a great time in our rooms that had an extra bed, which we booked for $108, and its location was convenient.

Convenient location in Bentonville, near restaurants and centrally situated. Friendly and efficient staff who respond promptly.

The staff was very helpful with directions & at making us happy. They were both very friendly.

Upon arrival & checking out the pool, the heater was not on. The owner said it would be about 2 to 3 hours. That would have made it 9:00, my children's bedtime. We checked the pool several times during the evening & it was still too cold to swim in. The next morning it was still too cold, so 2 disappointed kids didn't get to swim. The owner did ask if we wanted a rm w/ a jacuzzi, but we needed 2 beds for 4 people,not 1 bed & 1 sofa. The toilet reeked of urnine, mold on the shower curtain.No microwave or refrigerator in our room. The 1st microwave stayed on continuously, the 2nd one worked.The door was very hard to push open. You had to lean into it with your shoulder.

The staff here is really friendly and ready to help out. The rooms are in good condition, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a nice shower to freshen up 💧. The price is affordable at $108.

Cozy rooms were well-maintained and the staff was top-notch! The room even had an extra bed, which was a nice surprise 🛏️. The restaurant on-site had a great variety of tasty meals. everything was simply delightful!

The room I reserved was flooded with water, the poor little housekeeper was trying to suck the water up as we arrived to the room! I then went to the front desk to inquire abou another room, I was told that the rooms were full, he told me that he would give me a half room rate. He then immediately charged my account $35, when confronted he told me he would fix, 3 days later...still battling! Dont go there! Old, smelly hotels

The checkout clerk was pleasant but she was new and could not print a receipt. We checked out a day early and were still charged for both nights. Not much to like here.

Everything! Night clerk didn't print receipt. Room was dirty- blood in the tub! Mirror broken. No toilet paper or towels in the room. Was told we would be mailed a receipt. Hasn't happened! Told manager would call regarding room and overcharge. Not available and hasn't called. I would close this place down!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right between the train station and downtown. I really appreciated the spotless cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Additionally, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

I didn't like that I couldn't get my discount on the room even after I was told I was going to be able to

This is the first time experiencing a truly bad recommendation from Booked.net. This place was filthy! We had a dirty blanket, the carpet was so dirty it was frightening. I could go on, but I am sure you get the idea. Had it not been so late we would have looked for other accommodations. I strongly recommend you remove this facility from your list.

The room was clean, staff helpful, lobby tidy. Carpet needs attention, but overall a good stay.

The location was good.

The room itself was run down and is in need of a face lift. The staff were friendly enough but did not go out of there way to help. The breakfast was not much at all. They only offered one thing that is good for people trying to eat healthy. They did have yogurt but we stayed on October 17 and 18. 2014 and the date on the yogurts both mornings was Sept. 14, 2014. Coffee was empty at 7 am. Will not be staying here again.
